Malta to get PMI vacation rental program by PMI Smart Malta

Property Management Inc.'s (PMI) Malta Franchise will begin including the vacation rental market and will offer short-term rental management services.

The Maltese islands are a popular destination for travelers and profitable location for investors to own rental property and PMI Smart Malta, owned by Melvin Caruana, has built its success by providing 360° property management services to real estate investors, property owners, and tenants.

Before joining PMI Caruana owned and operated a real estate company in Malta which also offered property management services. Caruana wanted to grow the management side of his business and in 2017 became a PMI property management franchise owner which gave him access to the systems, tools, and strategy needed to succeed. "Joining the PMI family not only changed our business, it changed our lives," Caruana said. Since opening its office in Zabbar less than 18 months ago, PMI Smart Malta now has grown to a team of 15 personnel, opened a second office in Paolo, and has plans to open a third and fourth office during the next six months. This month Caruana is adding vacation rentals to his existing management services which include long-term rentals, commercial properties, and condominium associations.
